MKG GÖBEL completes even large projects quickly and reliably. Our experienced installation teams and the comprehensive machinery offer an in-house installation capacity of as much as 500 MWp per year. You can be sure that your plant will be installed professionally and on the scheduled date.
The earthworks we offer include digging of cable trenches and laying foundations for transformer stations. For the posts, we offer all common foundation methods such as pile driving, concrete foundations or ballasting – even on difficult grounds such as rocks, stony soils or landfill sites with low soil depths.
During the mechanical assembly process, the project-specific substructure on the pole foundations are mounted first and then the actual solar modules are attached on top of them. MKG GÖBEL’s large assembly team of well-trained permanent staff guarantees seamless operation.
The electrical work is a separate assembly stage, for which our technicians are also very well equipped. They string the modules up to the transformer station.
MKG GÖBEL maintains an extensive pool of machinery – this enables us to effectively realise even large-scale and simultaneous projects. Our pool includes technically sophisticated pile drivers and drilling units as well as all necessary equipment for excavation works (e.g. wheel loaders, tractors, excavators, bobcats, dumpers). In this way, we are well equipped even for special ground conditions or narrow spaces between the rows of posts.
Construction and project management
There is a responsible MKG site manager for each project. He supervises the work on site, carries out an incoming goods inspection, coordinates the processes with all responsible persons and thus ensures that the construction is carried out according to plan and on schedule.
