Test impact pile driving
The actual planning is preceded by the examination of the intended building ground. Each soil type has its own requirements; therefore, we examine the sequence of layers and the strength for each project, e.g. with the help of a drill core or by digging up the soil with excavators.
Sample ramming (impact pile driving) is the easiest and in most cases the wisest action. Here, project-specific profiles are rammed into the ground at several points. A controlled traction test then shows whether the posts have sufficient grip in the ground.
As a result of the investigations, it is determined which type of foundation (pile-driven, concrete, ballasting) and which post density are necessary for the pole distribution.
Geological soil survey
For sample ramming we consult with a geological institution which creates with the help of on-site investigations and laboratory testing a geological survey for the building site’s subsoil. This report forms the basis of the structural analysis and allows a correct assessment of the chemical load on the hot-dip galvanized posts.
