Near the city of Soest, halfway between Dortmund and Paderborn, we completed an approx. 8.4 megawatt plant at the end of May. It is operated by a citizens’ energy co-operative in cooperation with the Soest municipal utilities. The construction site directly adjacent to the railway line had difficult ground conditions. To compensate for this, the driven posts were additionally reinforced with load distribution plates.
