In the beautiful landscape surrounding Nördlingen in Bavaria, we carried out the Reimlingen-Wörle project. However, a particular challenge lay beneath the surface: the soil lacked sufficient load-bearing capacity. To ensure a stable foundation, larger-dimensioned piles were used and the embedment depths were individually adapted to the soil conditions. In addition, the system had to be designed to withstand the region’s high snow loads.
The construction phase began under winter conditions and accompanied us into spring—from installation in the snow to completion in bright sunshine. Despite the demanding circumstances, the project was successfully completed within just seven weeks of construction time. A project that demonstrates how experience, flexible planning, and the right technology can deliver results even under challenging ground and weather conditions.
