The Hoschenhof PV facility near Neukirchen-Vluyn is located directly on the A40 motorway. Due to the flat terrain, the narrow construction in east-west orientation and the wintry weather conditions, this project was perfect for our innovative ASSEMBLY 2.0 procedure. With this method, the modules are assembled at the start of the row on a fixed platform and the fully assembled “tables” are pushed to their final position on rollers. This single-point assembly increases work safety, reduces assembly time and protects the soft ground between the rows, as the modules do not have to be transported between the rows.
