We implemented an agri-PV project in Söhnstetten under particularly challenging weather conditions: Up to 40 cm of snow and temperatures as low as –15 °C presented significant challenges in terms of planning, logistics and installation. However, thanks to our ASSEMBLY 2.0 process and powerful machinery, we were able to protect the land and carry out the installation efficiently despite the conditions. Additional requirements arose due to the inverters being installed at a height of around two metres, necessitating special care during the winter installation. Despite these conditions, we delivered the system in compliance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) in a very short timeframe.
The elevated agri-PV system enables continued agricultural use of the land while combining energy generation with sustainability. This project demonstrates how technical expertise, experience, well-coordinated logistics and the right system solution can deliver impressive results even under extreme conditions.
